The Stormwater Site Inspector certification requires the individual to be knowledgeable in five components: Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, Stormwater Site Inspections - Documentation, Stormwater Site Inspections – Observation, Structural Controls, and Non- Structural Controls. The individual must achieve a passing score on each of the components, or sections, to be certified as knowledgeable in this discipline. Two years experience in the field as an inspector will be required before testing for the Certification. In lieu of two years in-field experience as an inspector, the individual must have significant field experience in the construction industry before sitting for the certification test.
